Our Guide to Mental Health & Wellbeing e-learning course is designed to increase understanding, reduce stigma and equip people with knowledge about the factors which impact our mental health and wellbeing.

This course encourages learners to think about their own mental health risk factors. We present interactive scenarios for learners to identify and recognise signs of mental ill health in others and show them how to approach the subject.
